My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I am not getting an error msg. It is mainly on my iPad end. I can accumulate my points as usual via my phone but on my iPad I can search all day and it will not reflect that under the search on bing option for the 150 points. I am not sure if it is an error on my iPad or other people are having this issue. I was told to clear my cache which I have done and they said to uninstall but neither of those things have remedied the situation. I might try a few more things on my settings and try on my laptop to see if it does the same thing.

Wait, did I already respond to this? I don't see what I was responfing to now. I'll leave it up even though I may be repeating myself!

I'm guessing it's because searches don't seem to work on non-Chromium browsers. (At least they don't seem to on Firefox for the past few weeks, but still do on Edge and Chrome on Windows)

If they require Chromium now, and don't register in the Bing app (they do on an iPhone, so if you haven't tried that on your iPad, you may want to) but aren't counting for me on Firefox on Windows and browsers on my iPhone (which all use Webkit)

1 point for every 3 searches, plus you have to wait 6 seconds between search….bing will end in 2024 with the BS

I just cashed out and uninstalled Bing from my laptop and cell. Not going to play their games. They lost a very loyal customer who use to tell others that I would Bing a question (instead of Google). Those days are gone.

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

That’s not snarky fanboy stuff. Microsoft has taken the only thing that set still set them apart and stripped away what made it worthwhile and then left it broken and unusable… rather than, idk maybe make games we wanna buy.

You can't fix it - it's Bing stopping you from earning points. No matter what you try it won't make a difference. Sad to say but you're going to realize it's not worth the effort. It took me days to reach enough points to cash out.
