My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    Keep us all posted. I would gladly sign up for any class action lawsuit against Microsoft. The only reason I have stayed so long was because rewards points paid for my game pass and dlc etc. but if I can't earn points and redeem them and have to start paying money I can't always afford, I might as well switch to Playstation.

    I'm about ready to switch to Playstation. I'm only getting 15-20 points every half hour on average, as the system will award me for 3-4 searches then stops awarding and it's not a delay. It just stops giving points. I log out, wait 20-30 minutes and I do more searches to only get awarded for 3-4 and only if I hadn't clicked on the search previously whether it gave me points or not. Good news is after about three hours you can reclick on previous searches and earn points again but only 15-20 points every half hour, smh. Mobile is the worst. It'**** or miss if it will award any points. This is straight cow dookie!

    I have the same problem. I do the number of required search and they do not show up on the Rewards Points breakdown. I sent 4 requests into the Rewards support. NO ANSWER OR SUGGESTIONS. If it happens again, I'm going to stop doing Microsoft awards. Shame on you Microsoft!

    1,263 days streak. The only badge that I do not have but was getting close to is "Words of Thanks". I guess if Microsoft does not care I will not either.

    Lucky you. Microsoft won't let me cash out, won't let me update my phone number, won't let me set up PayPal and won't send me a service request email. I was counting on being able to use these for gifts for my family. MICROSOFT SUCKS and I am contacting an attorney

    Microsoft will give me my rewards and earned money if I have to sue them to get it. Everyone needs to file suit to make them pay.
