My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    Sounds like similar problems to social media and video games.

    I have seen and heard of people abusing the social media report systems, one got so bad the company had to shut down all comments on their 11 local news websites just to stop it.

    Numerous video game systems get abused by players for different reasons causing problems among the players.

    Some people just like to ruin things for others.

    All I use Rewards for most of the time is either Amazon cards or donating to charities. Only other goals are 3 badges I do not have.

    Somehow I keep managing to reset my counter 😅

    It's not THAT hard to remember to do, but I don't think I've ever gotten to 1 year. I'm not sure I've ever passed 200 days lol

    I find that hard to believe. When I first started my searches, years ago, I had multiple accounts. Microsoft suspended them all, I contacted tech support and they told me I can't have multiple accounts so I stuck to my primary account. 1,183,621 lifetime points earned, I need 130 more to redeem for a $10 card and then I'll probably quit.

    Well for those of us who are doing searches legitimately their response is unacceptable. I only have my account and am not trying to "screw" the system. I did the searches each day and deserve the rewards I earned. I have proof that I did them if they want to see that. Just say the word MS.
