My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

Just like everything else, people have to screw things up for other people. Microsoft is still at fault for all of this. With all of their tech, duplication could have been avoided. All I want is what I worked to get. I think they can see that, but are avoiding the issue as they are with all who are affected by this.

Here's what response I have gotten. Due to people using multiple accounts that aren't used for anything but to do rewards is why they have changed everything. They said people are using family member accounts when the actual member is doing the rewards themselves.

Just try and call them and you know what you'll get? An hour on hold with the worst music you can be subjected to and then they hang up on you.

I think it's fairly obvious that Microsoft simply doesn't want to honor their agreements. It's beginning to smell like a scam.
