My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    I gave up as well. I have been able to redeem for every gift card except for Amazon. It keeps giving me a msg that my account has been disabled for any amount of points I attempt to redeem. I have researched and other people have had that same issue since July but nothing is being done about it

    I gave up trying to contact Microsoft about anything.

    Feedback Hub gives the impression you get ignored even on Feedback upvoted a lot.

    Only other way I know to contact them is a phone number that I have never used I think you have to pay for.

    Various computer related companies seem to have Support systems they either ignore or just do not work.

    I did not have reached the points I need, but in some days (probably) I will reach and I will try to redeem them, but this is so bad from Microsoft...

    If you create the petition, send it here, I am sure a lot of people will sign it.
