My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    For the mobile points I’m only getting them in the Bing app on iOS now, not a browser (I think) and on Windows I’m only getting points on Chrome or Edge, not Firefox that I’m mostly using-all changes just from the past few weeks 😕

    Before my iPad quit charging it counted as a desktop, so I’m guessing it would have to run chrome/edge’s renderer to get points, which it can’t

    You’d think they’d want this to work on any browser but that’s what’s working for me for now

    I have to remember to switch browsers before I look something up 🙄.

    I am not getting an error msg. It is mainly on my iPad end. I can accumulate my points as usual via my phone but on my iPad I can search all day and it will not reflect that under the search on bing option for the 150 points. I am not sure if it is an error on my iPad or other people are having this issue. I was told to clear my cache which I have done and they said to uninstall but neither of those things have remedied the situation. I might try a few more things on my settings and try on my laptop to see if it does the same thing.

    What problem are you having with redemption? I get errors when I try to use my Google Voice number I want to use for my account, but it did work a few days ago when I did a test run on Microsoft store credit, using a different number, if that helps.

    What was the 20 point thing...probably for using edge, right?

    Yes, it definitely shouldn’t be this difficult. If this continues I will just search outside of bing and call it a day.
