My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

The point values have been decreased drastically (from 10 to 1 or 2). The 20-point bonus has been discontinued from what I have read. I have been trying to redeem my current points for almost 2 weeks now and still have not accomplished that. I am waiting on a response from MS (the first gave me instructions on how to redeem them which I already understood how to do). Ugg - it should not be this difficult. I wouldn't bother uninstalling/reinstalling since I don't believe that has anything to do with it. Microsoft should remember the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

Usually whenever I count to 30 in the search bar thingy, my points end up being maxed, but now it only leaves me with 12 points instead of 150 whenever I do it 💀

After being "temporarily unavailable" in November 2023, it came back, worked for a day or two, and is now back to failing to work. Microsoft ... you can do better. No try; Do!
