My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    I have been waiting 17 days for an answer - my daily streak count re-started at one even though I did not miss any days or searches. I have contacted them and still no answer. I am losing points daily because I am not getting the allotted amount for the streak count I am at. I have told them I have proof that I never missed a day or search and will gladly provide but still not response. Is there any other way to get an answer other than sending to the above link because I have done that without any response. It has been 17 days now and counting.

    It seems they dont care about fixing it been dealijg with it for 3 days and nothing no refresh or anythjng works the rest of the rewards work just searches which sucks
