It's because it is probably out of stock. Even if you used a VPN and you're from the PH it probably might not work.
You're actually the really dumb one. (No offense) For many other countries like mine, we have absolutely no options at all, there is no 200 option. But for countries like yours still at least have the 200 option and maybe some others. Geography exists and everything doesn't revolve around just your country. Please get your facts straight and do not spread misinformation through a post.
For my country (the Philippines), the 100 option was the only option ever, and now it's gone.

Can you guys stop assuming that we all have the 200 option? Because not all of us do. We're all in different countries and especially me and most of all my Asian buddies have no options whatsoever.
