They didn't remove it. The code for the 100 robux gift card got ran out and I think they're still restocking it... So it may take a while. Hope this help :d
You gotta wait for it to get restock so it's best way to grind more points I recommend in the meantime!

Yeah, I'm from Vietnam and I have seen the problem, Microsoft is just released only 100 robux to any other country, but 200 robux they didn't roll out. Microsoft is just make a limitations for us.
