Hello, I live in india and have a problem at the moment when i look at the Redemption in Microsoft Rewards I cant seem to find the robux option please help me clear this out and explain why I cant get them, thank you for reviewing this.

i think they removed it again cuz in the past month ive earned 600 robux in total and when i went to redeem another 100 the option was gone just yesterday
Microsoft I tried to redeem a gift card with the code you emailed me but when I inputted the code it told me that gift card had already been redeemed. I didn’t get my 100 Robux. I feel like I’ve just been scammed. I’ve emailed you directly and I’ve been left with no reply. What is this? I want my 100 Robux that I earned with my 1,500 points. Because now all the points that I used are gone and I didn’t even get the Robux. Refund me my points or give me the 100 Robux. Reply quickly.
Microsoft removes the robux option on the redeem page every now and then because they need to restock on giftcards. dont worry since this is common and it will reappear soon
