what happened to that 1000 points puzzle piece quest if we join 12 weeks straight, we will get 1000 points 100 points every week and 5 daily i collected 6 puzzle pieces but it all disapeared

    Well my puzzle challenge reappeared weeks ago after so many intermittent absences, but it is not registering any points for searches', it is not registering the searches, just 9/3 searches (despite several searches, dozens directly from the prompt and dozens from the dashboard) and the puzzle pieces have not budged in two weeks. Sure, put in another ticket to support; see where that gets you.

    I have been having a similar issue with mine. It allows me to take the quiz and poll but then asks me to join. in order for me to access the points for these 2 items and my searches, I have to go to my browser setting and reset! every time. That of course erases other passwords, social media, etc. I'm not sure why this takes place.
