Why is 200 robux option isn't available in microsoft rewards?

I want to redeem my points to robux, but it says it's currently unavailable.

Oh yeah i can't include a screenshot, it says the image not found.

    sucks so much, been waiting for months, and the 100 robux hasnt restocked, so many ppl bought the 200 robux option one which made it sold out, DEFNITELY will happen to the 300 robux one, this is just an endless issue. ITS BEEN MONTHS.

    Hello, Mazen here!

    Glad to assist you today, I would like to inform you that in order to redeem the 100 or 200 robux code, you must first redeem the 400 robux one.

    The same situation happened to me and I had no choice but to stay long and redeem it, and when I did, the 200 robux code offer suddenly came back.

    Here's my theory: You need to redeem the 400 one, then the 200, then the 100.

    P.S.: After redeeming the 400, only the 200 one appears, the 100 is still absent for some reason.
