I want to redeem my points to robux, but it says it's currently unavailable.
Oh yeah i can't include a screenshot, it says the image not found.

The rewards list may vary from time to time. The Microsoft Rewards team may lessen the option of certain rewards or remove them from the list. One reason is that they run out of gift codes or that the promotion for a certain reward has ended.
For the time being, I suggest doing your daily activities to accumulate more points and always checking your redemption page for the latest rewards updates.
In addition, you can also reach out to reward support by using the "Provide feedback" option on your account dashboard or using the link below. With this, the rewards team will be aware of your concern.

2025-01-24T20:04:05+00:00 it will. it happens alot. People redeem alot of them and it goes out of stock. still out of stock as of now. will probably be back in stock in feburary.
