I cannot complete the "Explore on Bing" Activity.

I asked support but they would not answer.

They might still be investigating the bug, or there could be delays in their response due to the volume of questions they're receiving from users who are also experiencing this issue.

I suggest also providing feedback by going to https://rewards.bing.com/ scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and clicking 'Provide Feedback.'

This is a bug, and many users are also experiencing it. For reference, you can check the link shared earlier. Unfortunately, there's no fix at the moment, so we'll have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards team to solve the issue.
