How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Bob, there is no way to contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support via phone. All the are is companies that claim they will contact support for you if you pay them. I have never tried any of these companies, so I can't say they will or won't help you.

    Once again, I will say that you need to delete personal info from these support messages. Microsoft automatically hid your email addresses, but they didn't hide your phone number.

    I feel for you, and am living the same nightmare that you are. Good luck moving forward, may we all find some real help.

    Yeah the microsoft rewards support department is just terrible. I think it exists to make people switch to google and firefox etc as like corporate espionage or something.

    I'm so sad. It has taken me years to accumulate the points. Was just about ready to redeem them. It feels like they deliberately chose my account because of the higher number of points?!

    There is a reason people choose to save them up you know?!

    It is not very similar on this end. I have sent multiple responses over weeks and nothing. I tried to open a new ticket, was told that there was one already open, so I need to wait for them to decide to help on that ticket.

    I ended up complaining to the better business bureau when they ignored all my support ticket requests. Submitting complaints there or to another consumer protection body might be the only way to go.
