How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

This answer is incredibly appreciated. Definitely what I didn't want to hear, but absolutely appreciated none the less. Now that you mentioned it, I was able to buy a sweepstakes opportunity, but hadn't associated the fact I can not get an Amazon Gift Card any longer, but could get that with no stumbling blocks.

Every single thing you mentioned is exactly what has happened to me. I can't believe you answered every issue I'm having, but Microsoft support brought nothing up about any of it. I have been just left to flop around for what will be two months in three days from now. They have told me that my issue is still opened, but the support person I sent screenshots and recordings to never confirmed receipt of my proof about being sent in circles without ever being able to confirm my phone number. Incidentally, I tried my Watch phone number also, but that won't confirm either, so I'm stuck.

I won't go on too much longer, but I'm not new to Rewards. I currently have earned 1,200,000+ points in the last 10-13 years. I have donated $50 in points to charity via Rewards. I'm not looking for something for nothing. I'm just looking for customer support...and answers.

You have helped me understand that I'm not alone. Just you taking a few moments of your time to help me understand, has given me hope that perhaps I'm being helped by support that is trying to solve a real issue that isn't just about me.

I am so sorry it has been a year with no answers for you from Microsoft. It just doesn't seem that difficult for them to fix. Microsoft and every other company simply gives users like us alternative ways to confirm our identity, in case one of the confirmation types aren't working. This time, and it looks like exactly what is happening to you, I am taken to a page that only allows me to enter my phone number. I enter the phone number and Microsoft sends me the confirmation number to that exact phone number (which gives me the exact number that proves it went to my phone, otherwise iwouldnothave the confirmation number at all). I then enter that confirmation number that Microsoft just sent to my phone number. Then it doesn't take the number they just sent to my phone number. This is outrageous and makes no sense.

Then there is no way to check a box to just go to an alternative way to confirm it is me. Instead it is just a dead end with no way out.

I hope things get back to normal for you. I had no idea that this is a regular thing that is happening, and nothing is being fixed by Microsoft.

What's even more annoying? I recently figured out I can redeem points for sweepstakes entries but can't redeem points for Amazon Gift Cards. I'm allowed to use points on something worthless, but I can't use them on something with real value. Sounds like bait and switch to me.

You're lucky - I'm not even allowed to enter the Sweepstakes, and that's all I've been trying to do.

I've changed the wording of my query today. The last couple of queries were closed within minutes without any response (automated or otherwise) from Microsoft. Lets see how quickly this one gets closed:

Could you please tell me what review you did on my account, and what specific Bing search activity you are alleging "did not fully align with the terms outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement", and which led you to restrict my ability to redeem my reward points a few months ago? Please send me the evidence.
