The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

There is no phone number you need to contact the Better Business Bureau or noon as the BBB file out a complaint against Microsoft and they will get back to you. I just recently got my account back and that’s the only way I know how to get it back.
It took me about three or four weeks, but they have to verify some information to make sure that it’s really you and not somebody else’s account so that’s why I took so long, but my account does work now and I didn’t lose any points. The only thing I did lose was my streak, this is the only way I know how to get your account reactivated
I have received emails from support that address my issues. My account is not suspended or in any way incapacitated. My request regarding phone number is to fix an issue in real-time, a support tech in chat to help me walk thru a problem.
Hi, well i have an issue also. Its been going on for at least a week. I can no longer access the Rewards home page or redeem my rewards as that page also is not working. And, guess what, the page for submitting issues also does not work.
I can earn points on the PC or on my phone, but can't redeem them anywhere.
The lack of support is appalling. I filed a ticket, called the number, opened a chat. Just trying anything to get a real person and zip nada nothing. I've done Bing Rewards for 10 years but I guess that's enough for me.
