Use a different microsoft account that is not restricted and go to the same contact page and put the restricted info on it and then it will let you contact support I just did this and it worked.

My account was just reinstated by Microsoft after I complain to the BBB I got all my points back only thing I didn’t get was my streak which I was kind of mad about because I had 660 some days streak but at least my account is now working
Did it take any time after they said it was reinstated for you to be able to get on the account? I filed a complaint with BBB and actually got a response and they said they reactivated about a day ago as of this response but it still says its suspended, just wondering if I just need to do something on my end or just wait a little bit
