The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Same here I've been trying to reach to Microsoft Rewards recently and no one's been trying to contact me about my recent problem like everything doesn't matter about my account or nothing like they completely forget about everything is going on with it and they erase everything from it

That's funny mine's about to be a week now and the auto redeem has not been working for me at all so I decided to just get the money directly through the app but when I decided to do that the money still did not transfer to my account so they took my 9300 points away from me and I'm still pissed off about it cuz I saved up so much points just for a $10 but they have not been contacted me at all about it which really does annoy me
had mine suspended due to their fault,,,,jus bought an xbox x and cant even get reward points from the xbox
Well first off to correct you is it Xbox One X or Xbox series X I mean I can still get Reward Points it's just that I can still redeem them it's just that it's not letting me get the money from my last gift card that I got from them which was the $10 that they seem to claim to not give me I guess apparently I think they just stole my money that's what I think that's what they did instead because they're not talking to me at all they're not giving me any emails and every time I try to contact them no emails come right back to me at all so I do feel like it is a scam
