The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Yeah the Microsoft Rewards program is very broken and poorly supported. I only got my issues resolved after months of hounding them via the better business bureau which did eventually force them to let me redeem all my points.
I just got mine fixed by the Better Business Bureau go on the Aaron file a complaint against Microsoft and in no time you’ll be contacted
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against Microsoft. This is what I did and mines has been fixed.
I just filled one with them, how long does it usually take? And did you have to submit more than one?
I did like a said I only sent in one and they got back to me within 72 hours. There’s a couple hurdles you have to jump through but they’re not very hard the whole process took about two weeks.
