It is amazing how Microsoft has all of a sudden given up on providing any kind of customer service. Microsoft has become very good at being accusatory, to make up for providing no proper customer service in the last two years (that is when I began getting no help with concerns I had with Microsoft Rewards.

This is super late from original post. But I'm having the problem redeeming points now. I moved from the US to Canada they said I'm abusing the system so won't let me use my points. I'm confused and no one helps me they just accuse me of abuse and violation and close the ticket. Does anyone have any help for me? Please and thank you.
