The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    I raised a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and after months of back and forth they agreed to reinstate my access and let me cash out all my points.
