How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    After over ten years of being rewarded with two Amazon $5 gift cards per month, I no longer even use Bing/Microsoft search.

    This little community has actually been very helpful for me. I know I'm not the only one that this has happened to.. obviously this isn't positive, but knowing I'm not alone, at least has helped me heal. I was really hurt for about six months, now I don't use Microsoft for anything, and I want a job in Microsoft Rewards Customer Service, because I can work from home, do absolutely nothing each day, and have a payroll direct deposit put into my bank account every week. It would be a no lose job doing nothing for everybody.

    I really feel that your direct answer might help someone like me, just realize that Microsoft doesn't care to fix the issue, and is happy to have less people earning rewards. Period.

    The dream is over. ⚰️😵

    I have the same issue. They even had errors coming up in my BING app I don't know why such shady stuff. I suspect they are looking to do away with the rewards so it's easier to make it not function and turn people off from them, their products and their advertisers. Poor for ad revenue and bad for the advertisers that generate revenue when we click through and buy products and services. Too many tickets and no working rewards :(

    I found that the BING app being your primary search does nothing. I think the BING app is where the problems started. They can't make you change the primary because not everyone who uses a browser has admin privileges like at work or even at home if someone else is admin. That should not be a contingency for rewards. Google products revert back my phone always does lol. It doesn't correct the problem for me. On the laptop/PC it doesn't work either and Bing was primary and has been. It's the rewards program.

    I think you’re partially right but I have determined that since Microsoft Inc. AI into Bing that’s when the AI took over and started blocking all these accounts and now they don’t know how to fix it that’s why we shouldn’t use AI for anything before it takes over everything
