How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Yes. This phone number issue happens to me, also. There is no way around it. You will not get a gift card, because the phone number confirmation they tell you to use does not work.

Sept. 19, 2023 is the last gift card I was able to get. I can join sweepstakes and donate my points, but I cannot confirm my phone number to earn a gift card.

Microsoft has been, and will continue to be, useless when they are asked for help.I wish I could be positive, but Microsoft has given me no reason to be positive.

You're lucky. If you read further on this thread you will read about people being accused of breaking the rules, and having their accounts closed because of it, with Microsoft providing no proof to them, and not providing them with what rule in particular they broke.

Some of the people here have not been able to get a gift card in a year or more. As I said in an earlier post, I was even told by MS customer service to use a friend's phone number to try and confirm myself. Obviously, that would definitely break the rules, because it would not even be my phone number.

I have been earning gift cards since 2009 or so. All of a sudden, they don't accept that I am whoo I am. I have also donated 80,000 points to charities through the "Rewards Giving Page". I am F'ing pissed off.

Did you check to make sure that bing is your default search engine within your browser app. BING has to be the search engin.

Or are you using the bing app? The bing app with bing as the search engine should definitely give you the points, provided you are signed in. Sometimes it will sign you out. If you did get signed out, sign in again. Hope this helps.

It is exactly what happens to me. I have been redeeming rewards for gift cards since 2009, and now I enter my phone number, and Microsoft sends a confirmation number to my phone, then when I enter the confirmation number that Microsoft just sent me, Microsoft doesn't accept their own confirmation number that they just sent me.

13 years of being a rewards member, down the drain, because customer service blows. I have even donated 80,000 points to their non-profit organizations over the years
