How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    This is just plain DISGUSTING.

    Of course, your son did none of what he is being shadow-banned for.

    They even stated that they looked into it. Then, just to prove their complete deceit, they listed 5 or so possible reasons for the closing of the account.

    If they had looked into the true reason that they closed the account, they would not have given you a list of 5 or 6 cookie-cutter reasons. They would have given you the 1 reason that convinced them that they needed to definitely close the account.

    It is all bizarre and despicable.

    I need help with redeeming my points. I have submitted many tickets but no one helped me. I am so disappointed with the service.

    I can go threw all the steps to redeems. once I select the award and confirm I am not a robot , it provides an error and wants me to fill out microsoft assistance form.
