How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

I cannot see your support ticket, so I don’t know your original date, unfortunately. Mine goes back to September 19, 2023. From what I have seen in the comments thread, I’m just a baby around here.

The only thing I have learned from my experience here is that, for me, Microsoft Rewards has given me NO WAY AT ALL to prove who I am, so I can claim Gift Cards with my fairly earned efforts each day for what has been the past 11-13 years. Of course, they allow me to easily verify myself to join the sweepstakes and donate to Tax-Exempt organizations, which I have been doing to the tune of 52,000 points, which I consciously donated to (to avoid **** like this, by being straight up and not greedy).

Then I see in this thread that there are others who have been straight up accused of deceit.

I don’t f’ing get it. For me, all they need to do is create an alternative sign-in option other than a phone number, which does not work (even though I have had this same legitimate phone number since 2006). This customer service department even told me I should just use somebody else who I know’s phone number (sic).

Umm…that defeats the entire verification process. NOW THAT IS MESSED UP!

I can’t believe how massively stupid the Customer Service and Security leadership is at Microtheft.

THEY SO OBVIOUSLY COULD FIX THIS, but they don’t care, or don’t have leadership to tell this department to demand a fix for their users ASAP.

Very thoughtful reply. I truly appreciate it. I think we have all gotten used to getting nothing but cookie cutter answers that have nothing to do with our initial contact ticket, so that when someone like yourself responds with something thoughtful, we’re blown away, because we have thought nobody cares about anything they do, or what the human on the other side of the inquiry feels.

May I assume that you created a Microsoft Rewards account on the Bing search page (very upper right on the web page). I see that this post is your first post to a support page, but I don’t know how long you have had a Microsoft Rewards account. Are you signed into it?

I don’t know enough to answer your concern, other than make sure you are signed in before searching.

Support hasn’t helped with your question? I don’t have the answer, but then again, I don’t have a database of troubleshooting steps like customer service should have to help you..

I cannot argue with Bing/Microsoft rewards don’t really care if your account gets suspended or not you can put in as many tickets as you want and you’ll never hear back from them. I don’t know where else to go with this. I’ve tried calling Xbox because they are part of the program to and they just give me the runaround to so I give up

Join the club I had over 650 day streak when they suspended my account all that work down the drain and all my points down the drain and can’t do anything about it because nobody will answer any tickets
