The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Like they want you to stop using microsoft and start using competitors like google search as your search engine and firefox as your web browser.

They appear to want you to stop choosing them. They appear to be ignoring your requests for help and revoking the rewards you earned for seemingly no reason. That doesn't exactly sound like a company that values your business.
I went on yesterday to try to create another ticket and now it won’t even let me create another ticket. I don’t know what’s going on with them but I’m getting ready to call my local news and have them do a report on them to find out what the heck is going on
Please Do it Something needs to be done.
