The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Sadly they will not take my phone number.. It's a VOIP landline, and I don't own a cell phone..So I'm so sorry I ever played around and built so many points.. Not knowing they would NEVER honor them...

At this stage I think when Microsoft say to file a support ticket they really mean to just stop doing business with them. The tickets seem to go nowhere and never garner a response that looks as if anyone read it.
Glad to hear that you got yours fixed just to let you know they blocked out your email address so there’s no way to email you any information because I can’t see it but thanks for the offer
Well, I try to fill out a new ticket yesterday and it wouldn’t even let me know now I don’t know what to do. I guess I’m just gonna have to wait and see what happens.
