How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Yeah Microsoft are causing a lot of issues and handling it poorly. I wonder why they let that department be such a disgrace when it costs them so much good will.

    I am sorry if I did not reply to you, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I am disabled and I haven’t left my house in 12 years, so I have plenty of time to work on this and try to get the problem resolved. I don’t know how far I will get but I will do my best to help everyone out and try to get some answers for us, thank you for all the messages. Please forgive me if I don’t reply or if I have replied to your message twice I totally apologize for that but I am committed to get this done. I wish everybody a happy holiday and a happy new year.
