How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

Yeah... I've had the same exact thing keep happening. No responses to original ticket, new tickets just either ask for the same information I submit in the ticket itself or tell me they're closing it because the unanswered one is still open. I've been getting nowhere. I literally spell out everything, too, like:

Order Number: XYZ

Date: XYZ

Amount: XYZ

Proof: XYZ

Problem: (explain)

And then I get hit back with one of two things:

1. "After investigating, we've found (unanswered for an extended period) ticket #xyz so we are closing this one"

or

2. "To help investigate, I need you to please give me the following information: Order Number, Date, Amount, and proof of purchase"

I respond to #2 and it never gets a response back so I just cycle through making new tickets and have been in an endless loop of either #1 or #2 repeatedly... I really don't know what else to do.

Oh my gosh I can’t believe that there is this many problems going on I thought I was the only one that was having problems getting a hold of them but obviously they must be overwhelmed by all of the accounts that got suspended for absolutely no reason they accuse me of being a bot having a second account and searching from a different country which none of this is true I had over 600 day streak and I was working my way to get the 999 day streak so I guess they thought someone wouldn’t be able to do this But see I am disabled and as part of my routine is to check my email and do my Rewards it’s awful funny because if they check my account they would see that my rewards that I did every day was done at different times of each day, and I did not collect All the points I was able to collect because I do not have a cell phone to do searches so I lost out on all of those points because I don’t need a cell phone because I don’t leave my house and the best part is they also took away my receipt rewards I guess they think a bot can scan receipts to you guys absolutely suck you ruined everything that I enjoy doing every single day and ruining my routine and I am lost without my routine so thank you very much for that
