The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I have the same issue. I'm very frustrated dealing with such an inefficient support service, and it drives me crazy that there's no other way to contact them except through that link where you can only submit tickets that will never be read by anyone. I've been sending tickets for months; in fact, I've sent too many, and now I can't send any more. Yet, I know for sure that no one will ever respond because I've read about people waiting for years without a reply. I just want to understand why my account was suspended and if I can restore it. I had accumulated a lot of points, and it seems they've been reduced to zero for no apparent reason. At this point, I don't even know if I can close and reopen the account because no one is responding. Contacting support via chat was also useless as they rightly don't handle it, and they just tell you to try submitting another ticket.

Yeah the microsoft rewards support sure is terrible. One thing you can do is file a complaint with the better business bureau, that way someone at microsoft has to read it and reply. It's not guaranteed to solve your issue or anything but it will be a way to talk to microsoft without using the terrible ticket system they ignore.

My account just got suspended a few days ago. I can't get in contact with them (like everyone else here). All I want to know is why I got suspended and for how long. 2 weeks ago Microsoft rewards team sent me a note congratulating me for being with the program for 5 years. Now I can't access the 163,000 points I have remaining on my account.

The impression I get is that Microsoft is just cheaping out and scrapping everyone's points, but have been too cowardly to admit that and are pretending instead that people are "suspended" for made-up violations.

I see many people like you are now suspended. I was never suspended, I merely lost the ability to get gift cards, which are the reason I faithfully use Bing for searches.

I have read the messages from those of you that are now suspended. It seems nobody really knows why, and did nothing to cause it.

The main thing we all have in common is the fact that "Customer Support" acts like they have never seen anything like it before, even though it is pretty obvious that thousands of people are trying to cope with being treated impersonally by Support.

I'm sorry this is now happening to you, also. I have come to the realization that they seem to not be working on fixing anything.

Basically we are now dealing with, " Lip Service Agents", not SUPPORT, and nobody is holding the support department responsible for helping to solve customers concerned. It has to be difficult for the support staff, also, because nobody at Microsoft is providing them with any tools to help anyone.
