The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

If you can't get a hold of anyone via phone and they don't respond to you best just make a complaint to the better business bureau. Microsoft doesn't care about its customers anymore.
Just made a complaint with the BBB see what happens hopefully things work out like they did for you. Fingers crossed.

I am about to purchase a new laptop because my Service Pro 8 is corrupt. If I can't resolve my account with someone live, I will Avoid Microsoft laptops!!!
