How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

At least you got a reply. I have sent in 12 tickets and all I got is crickets... I just keep looking each day hoping it will just work again one day. Little hope tho. Thank you for the reply

Its an absolute waste of time messaging Microsoft Rewards Support.

I message them about my account restriction meaning I cannot redeem rewards, and they all keep replying with pretty much the same script:

"I hope this email finds you well! This is [XXXXXXX] from Microsoft Rewards support and I’ll be more than willing to give you full assistance with your Service Request number 7027XXXXXX. *I truly understand that you still can’t redeem rewards as your account is currently under temporary restriction. Of course, I am more than willing to fully utilize everything here on my end to check on this and help you out with it. I do understand how important it is for us to redeem and get rewards for the points we’ve earned. Let’s partner and check on this.Upon our review, it appears that your Microsoft Rewards account may not fully align with the terms outlined in theMicrosoft Services Agreement. Specifically, it's important to note that when using Bing for search, it should be done manually and in good faith for personal research purposes. This means that queries entered by bots, macros, or any other automated or fraudulent means are not in compliance with our guidelines.*The good news is that the restrictions on your Rewards account will automatically be lifted in the coming days when we detect more genuine search behavior. We encourage you to use Bing search in a natural and authentic manner to ensure a smooth experience with Microsoft Rewards."

Then the minute I get this response, they close my query, do not respond to any follow up emails from me, my account restrictions do not get lifted, and I have to open another query. Whereby they continue to insinuate I use a bot to search Bing to gain Microsoft Rewards even though I don't use a bot (and I can't be bothered to find out how this is done) and I rarely use Bing anyway.

I've had this response 3 or 4 times now.

xbox x,,,,everytime i earn a reward it goes to waste ,keeps saying my reward account has been suspended...i had an update on laptop a few months back...when update finished i had to verify myself ivia mobile,,,,,guess what?....i never updated my new mobile nunber to microsoft,,,so basically i was locked out of my laptop for 28 days,,,i managed to get hold of microsoft that instructed me to do a factory reset on laptop,,,basically starting from the beginning,,,started with a new email address,,,was collecting points from the new email address,,,,,when 28 days passed i could finally log in to my old email address and start collecting again,,,,thats when they suspended my account cuz it was in voilation?????????????????????????????????

Well first off to correct you is it Xbox One X or Xbox series X I mean I can still get Reward Points it's just that I can still redeem them it's just that it's not letting me get the money from my last gift card that I got from them which was the $10 that they seem to claim to not give me I guess apparently I think they just stole my money that's what I think that's what they did instead because they're not talking to me at all they're not giving me any emails and every time I try to contact them no emails come right back to me at all so I do feel like it is a scam
