How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Yep. Same thing here. I think I had been doing it since 2006 or so. Then in 2022, it wouldn't recognize my phone number when attempting to cash in my rewards for gift cards.

    I can however waste my rewards on sweepstakes, and I do from time to time donate points to non-profits with no problem. It's just when I want something for myself, I am blocked out. I finally stopped using Bing Search in 2022.. I check back from time to time you see if I can cash in my 30,000 points for gift cards, but am always disappointed.

    people have had success going to the Better Business Bureau Website (if you live in the US) and asking for help with Microsoft. I just haven't done it yet.

    This is what everyone needs to do. This is how I got mine fixed. Do you need to file a complaint on a Better Business Bureau website on Microsoft they will definitely get back to you within a week or two and then it’ll take another two weeks for them to remove the suspension, so please everyone read this, so you know what to do to get rid of your suspension. My account worked perfectly fine now.

    Just a follow up on this - I remembered I knew someone with quite high up contacts at MS. Got in touch with my friend (who also used to work at MS) and explained the farcical situation with Rewards 'customer service'. Lo and behold, I was able to redeem points within a day or 2 - but maybe it was just a coincidence!

    The lack of support is appalling. I filed a ticket, called the number, opened a chat. Just trying anything to get a real person and zip nada nothing. I've done Bing Rewards for 10 years but I guess that's enough for me.

    Hi, well i have an issue also. Its been going on for at least a week. I can no longer access the Rewards home page or redeem my rewards as that page also is not working. And, guess what, the page for submitting issues also does not work.

    I can earn points on the PC or on my phone, but can't redeem them anywhere.
