How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

I was going to just cancel the account, but it is attached to my Hotmail account. Deleting the Rewards account would totally delete an email account that I have had for at least 15 years. I am glad I noticed that before cancelling. Also, I have tried changing email addresses on the Rewards account, but Microsoft never forgets email addresses associated with the Rewards Account.

I have been escalating the complaint to the better business bureau to hopefully shine more of a light on this failure.

After seeing what I'm witnessing, I have to admit that you may be right. For two months I doubted it, but now that I'm into month number 4, I think you may be on to something.

I would feel differently if even one person in this string would report that things have cleared up for them. Unfortunately, people like us are just sent here to become frustrated.

I see many people like you are now suspended. I was never suspended, I merely lost the ability to get gift cards, which are the reason I faithfully use Bing for searches.

I have read the messages from those of you that are now suspended. It seems nobody really knows why, and did nothing to cause it.

The main thing we all have in common is the fact that "Customer Support" acts like they have never seen anything like it before, even though it is pretty obvious that thousands of people are trying to cope with being treated impersonally by Support.

I'm sorry this is now happening to you, also. I have come to the realization that they seem to not be working on fixing anything.

Basically we are now dealing with, " Lip Service Agents", not SUPPORT, and nobody is holding the support department responsible for helping to solve customers concerned. It has to be difficult for the support staff, also, because nobody at Microsoft is providing them with any tools to help anyone.

The impression I get is that Microsoft is just cheaping out and scrapping everyone's points, but have been too cowardly to admit that and are pretending instead that people are "suspended" for made-up violations.
