How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    i HAVE MANY, MANY TIMES # 7027096301 Please check it out. Look at the date & how many times after I have been asking. I can not REDEEM any of my Earned Points for Account: ******@aol.com. Please look to see how long that I have been doing this. Thanks
