How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    Well that’s what you need to do. I had got all my points back but unfortunately I lost my streak of 660 some days streak and had to start all over but at least it works. I did go on their website and file complaint and it does work, so for everyone that comments, please just go on the Better Business Bureau website and power complaint against Microsoft
