The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I have sent in multiple tickets. I actually gave Xbox a call to talk to them about it since they are related to Microsoft rewards because when you login to your Xbox you can earn points that way to they tell me that they know there’s an issue but they’re not part of that department, they have reached out to the supervisors and let them know about all the phone calls are getting and they’re looking into the issues that’s the latest update I got
Following. I have 2 issues. Unable to redeem points and also unable to earn points on internet searches.
I have sent multiple requests also, with no results.
I'll keep checking this thread to see if anyone has any luck.
