How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

    I need help with redeeming my points. I have submitted many tickets but no one helped me. I am so disappointed with the service.

    I can go threw all the steps to redeems. once I select the award and confirm I am not a robot , it provides an error and wants me to fill out microsoft assistance form.

    Just when I feel sorry for myself, I hear a reality from someone like you, and realize there are real people and horrible consequences in Microsoft's do nothing attitude. I'm so sorry to hear this. This is awful.

    Yeah I have definitely learned Microsoft don't care and have moved my business onto other stuff as a result.

    Join the club I had over 650 day streak when they suspended my account all that work down the drain and all my points down the drain and can’t do anything about it because nobody will answer any tickets

    I cannot argue with Bing/Microsoft rewards don’t really care if your account gets suspended or not you can put in as many tickets as you want and you’ll never hear back from them. I don’t know where else to go with this. I’ve tried calling Xbox because they are part of the program to and they just give me the runaround to so I give up
