The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I have filled out the form multiple times for my son's and my accounts being suspended. I have not received a response. This is ridiculous and I will not be purchasing anymore windows products. It's Apple and Google from here out.

I got my rewards account back!!! I was able to finally open another ticket through the rewards system on my Xbox, and it went through. I tried countless times to open one on my computer and phone with no luck. I would see if my Xbox would let me and it finally worked. My issue was that I was that I had to drop TMobile internet and switch to a local provider. With TMobile my internet would out of Kansas City, Denver, or Chicago. It would switch multiple times a day without any notification. So it looked like I was running a VPN all the time. I finally got someone to see that it was a technical issue and out of my control beyond changing internet providers, which I did back in February of this year. They took me off of suspension AND I not only have my account back, but I got all of my 163,000 points back too. So if you have TMobile internet you might want to check and see if your ISP is switching without you knowing. If so change providers and try multiple devices to put in another ticket. It took almost a year but my issue got fixed.

I have over 89,000 Rewards points accumulated that i can't redeem & the few times i've tried to redeem for a pizza or something the system screws up & says "log in to redeem" when I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN. I still cannot get any human to answer the phone number i dug hard for "phone support" and the online chat agent(s) create a case # and try remote access (without success) and basically have told me "Don't call us again about this, we'll call you". But they never do !
