How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

I have the same issue. They even had errors coming up in my BING app I don't know why such shady stuff. I suspect they are looking to do away with the rewards so it's easier to make it not function and turn people off from them, their products and their advertisers. Poor for ad revenue and bad for the advertisers that generate revenue when we click through and buy products and services. Too many tickets and no working rewards :(

After over ten years of being rewarded with two Amazon $5 gift cards per month, I no longer even use Bing/Microsoft search.

This little community has actually been very helpful for me. I know I'm not the only one that this has happened to.. obviously this isn't positive, but knowing I'm not alone, at least has helped me heal. I was really hurt for about six months, now I don't use Microsoft for anything, and I want a job in Microsoft Rewards Customer Service, because I can work from home, do absolutely nothing each day, and have a payroll direct deposit put into my bank account every week. It would be a no lose job doing nothing for everybody.

I really feel that your direct answer might help someone like me, just realize that Microsoft doesn't care to fix the issue, and is happy to have less people earning rewards. Period.

Yeah Microsoft has really proven to me how little they care about anyone. I have an ongoing complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau and the microsoft complaints manager has been trying to say that it is impossible for anyone even inside microsoft to get a reply out of the rewards support team.

Stop wasting your time there is no phone number. The only thing you can do is fill out a complaint form and hope somebody gets back to you. I know in my keys they didn’t get back to me and I can’t put in another request form so good luck to you, this company sucks and I recommend never using them again
