The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

How can I conect with Microsoft Rewards over the phone , or Microsoft Rewards Support over the phone , or Microsoft Rewards Customer Service over the phone
They do not have a phone number. You just have to fill out one of those forms and hopefully get back to you.
here's my response from customer service when i reported the issue with the rewards system that has troubled me. I felt more hurt and bothered by the customer service who has accused me of using improper means to gain points (which I don't know how to do) and that I don't make authentic searches. Many of my searches lead to information, entertainment, education and mostly purchases of items and services as a result of my searching. I guess that has counted for nothing after all of these years. Don't I feel dumb for making purchases based off what I saw or read, making them richer and being accused. The real crime is the points being stolen away by MS Rewards for doing what I was compensated for doing according to the terms of service. But they've taken that away with their made up reasons that are invalid and that I'm not capable of doing because I'm not savvy enough to know how or if these are things using bots etc. I think the real crime is what they are doing judging unfairly. This will also impact the gift card businesses that I use more because of the measly card amounts I earn.

I think you’re partially right but I have determined that since Microsoft Inc. AI into Bing that’s when the AI took over and started blocking all these accounts and now they don’t know how to fix it that’s why we shouldn’t use AI for anything before it takes over everything
I found that the BING app being your primary search does nothing. I think the BING app is where the problems started. They can't make you change the primary because not everyone who uses a browser has admin privileges like at work or even at home if someone else is admin. That should not be a contingency for rewards. Google products revert back my phone always does lol. It doesn't correct the problem for me. On the laptop/PC it doesn't work either and Bing was primary and has been. It's the rewards program.
