The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I feel the same way I was doing it for Xbox ultimate game pass for my son who has autism and I am disabled and cannot afford it. This was one way that helped me out and I never cheated and did anything wrong. Microsoft is very evil, rude and disrespectful and a horrible company. Thank God I don’t work for them

I agree I was happy to get my $10 a month and be done. I was getting the Amazon gift cards and that helped me support Amazon which in some cases does support some small business entrepreneurs. I never cheated. I've had more problems where they put my account on hold and I was like yeah but why I didn't do anything. One time they put it on hold after I stopped searching for like a month and tried to start up again that's when the accusations started. And you're right in the last two years they become less and less helpful. And I've donated as well. I'm so disappointed because how much are they actually losing versus gaining. Giving me $10 a month versus all the hundreds of dollars I spend each month based on ads typically that support things I want or need. I guess I didn't make them enough money and I've had a Hotmail account since 1996. My first account they actually got wiped through a hack while I was in school and I lost all kinds of stuff that I had saved in the email like papers I was writing, poetry, an email that friends of mine sent that I saved. I stayed loyal all these years for them to just get weird. I downloaded Bing and I think that's when it got really bad. Now they're doing stuff with Bing with the receipts you could win up to $50 a month except I've never won anything like that. I've had some upgrades or whatever now when you download the six receipts instead of being said oh you get one sent for this one five cents for this one here's 13 cents cuz you got all six. Now they take your receipts under review and then not issuing the 13 whole cents you got for scanning your receipts to prove that you shop. It's all a joke

    No phone number at all.

This MS CS reply is insulting, huh? I wonder if they have all been newly taught to shew people away. I’ve been doing this for 13 years or so, or should I say, was. All of a sudden the answers when I had an issue became less and less helpful in the last two years, and now they are just accusing honest people of cheating MS rewards. I was happy with the $10/mo ($120/yr) I was making in Amazon gift card rewards (before Amazon were available, I was up to my eyeballs in Starbucks GC’s). I didn’t feel the need to cheat.

I also donated $80 through their give campaign over the years, so I didn’t feel guilty keeping all the free stuff for myself.

    Now this horribleness.
