The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

i havent used vpn or changed password i havent since account creation
the only email they say is they cant open my account back or shows me rules and they dont open my account i know they can they are scammers
I've done nothing wrong, and it go suspended. Microsoft might hate the usage of VPN. witch is only to protect you and privacy, and thinks that is you changed you password to many time its illegal, and I would suggest that you back you work from One Note or overdrive. These idiots will lock accounts or what ever else. If they suspect that you are avid with technology.
My account got suspended without reason and I didn't do anything against tos and I lost my 60 dollar cash back
I just deleted my whole Microsoft account I really don’t care anymore. I had over 660 days in a row of logging in and I had enough points to be able to get what I want it but when suspended me I lost everything this was my daily routine and they screwed up everything for me so I will never ever deal with them ever again

Have you noticed the drop in value for the secondary questions we have always answered for 5 points each. Those same questions are now only 1 point each now. This cannot be coincidental. They seem to be scrambling to stop having anybody cashing in anything. Even at the chance of insulting people, or losing people from their search platform.
For me, they only allow a phone number to confirm that I am me before sending me the GC number. The only thing wrong with that is that they don’t accept my real and valid phone number of ten years. I have just stopped using Bing completely. Though from time to time I do try to see if I can cash in my 26,250+ points for $25 in Amazon Gift Cards. Much like yourself, I just want to cash out and go away, which apparently is what they want. I just don’t want to leave and give them all of those earned points.
