The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

It is amazing how Microsoft has all of a sudden given up on providing any kind of customer service. Microsoft has become very good at being accusatory, to make up for providing no proper customer service in the last two years (that is when I began getting no help with concerns I had with Microsoft Rewards.
me to i got my account back but 1 week after randomly banned again for no reason I DID NOTHING WRONG
I cannot even submit a request since they banned my account, I did absolutely nothing wrong.
