The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Just filed a BBB complain. Hope they could help me solve the issue.
There is no number for the rewards support dummies. They only reply via response to a ticket IF they do even reply and they close the ticket out right after their reply so you just have to keep submitting tickets. And report Microsoft to better business bureau in hopes you'll actually receive help. Thats what helped someone else anyway. I myself and in the middle of doing such thing. They let me earn points and donate them but say I abused whatever and won't let me redeem points because their system is stupid af and didn't migrate my account when I moved even though I did all I could do on my end. I did submit a support ticket via the form. And does get a reply which totally NOT make sense, and does not solve my issue. (Maybe it replied by AI?)
Also, I cannot reply the email to follow up the conversation. They just closed the ticket. I really need talk with a human.
I can't link it here but if you use google search engine to look for the better business bureau website, their site will walk you through filing a complaint.
