How can I contact Microsoft Rewards support over the phone?

The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

Hi microsoft i had redeemed 6000 rbx but never got my codes pls can i have my code or my rewards points to buy it again because it took me 2 years to get 90000 rewards points
