The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

2024-02-15T03:46:20+00:00 I didn't realize it at first but once when I got a response I now realized it was the AI's response. If you go into Bing search and type "why does Microsoft rewards suck so much" the AI in the corner will start typing up the same response that I got in an email from their customer service when I first noticed this problem.
