The automated responses on the support site ask me to create a Service Request, which I have done multiple times over the past 2 months. Yet no one responds to the requests. It feel like the requests go into a black hole. How can I speak to someone on the phone at Microsoft Rewards about an issue?

I am sorry if I did not reply to you, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I am disabled and I haven’t left my house in 12 years, so I have plenty of time to work on this and try to get the problem resolved. I don’t know how far I will get but I will do my best to help everyone out and try to get some answers for us, thank you for all the messages.
